Arnold was very welcoming and willing to help my wife and I. We didn’t know what exactly we wanted we just knew fuel efficient, 3rd row seating and reliability with low payments. I have always received outstanding service from Biggers Mitsubishi. I first walked into their showroom in 1999. I wanted to test drive one specific model. They made a copy of my driver's license, pulled the car I wanted to test drive around to the front, and gave me the keys. Went in for an oil change I was there 2 hours! Also, I asked to get my wipers change. The up charge was ridiculous.

While searching for a car I happened upon the Biggers Mitsubishi franchise. They ha the used Jeep I was looking for and when I called them I encountered Tyler. I’ve never had a more helpful and knowledgeable sales person. During my test drive he knew the vehicle inside and out. He pointed out options and technology to me and how I could use it. I will definitely consider buying from them again.
Great job and great technician
My car was damaged during repair and sent to a body shop. As I drive Uber and Lyft I could not use the offered rental. I suffered a loss of income for the 5 days my car was at the body shop. No effort was made to comp or discount the car repair to offset this income loss. I have purchased 2 cars here and had them serviced and that was not even a consideration
Very friendly but frustrating that the issue wasn't fixed and I have to go back again. Put a new radio in and I now have no voice commands and no one can hear me when I call or receive calls

Services are good it's just paying 80 plus dollars for an oil change gets me. Use to receive 20 dollars coupons but doesn't seem to happen much anymore. I've been going to you guys for over 6 years.

Stopped in to ask some questions and to test drive the Outlander PHEV. Rafal was super helpful and knew all the nuances of the car. Manager Jim stepped out to say hi, very low pressure but still they are there to make a deal. Will be back to purchase soon.

Not happy with Jose Perez. He checked everything ok without actually doing the job. The oil was never changed. It appears to have a brownish color. The windshield has 2 chips, he marked ok. I cannot trust to take my car to him for anything.

Brought my car in due to gravelly noise had the service advisor Jose, he suggested a inspection of my vehicle and found the backplate was rubbing against the roter adjustment was made which resolve the noise issue.

Currently 49 years old. Have bought over nine cars from this dealership since I was 22. The old service director Keith use to give me some discounts while getting my vehicle serviced. New service director Mike will no longer honor those same discounts. I guess all the years and all the money spent in the service department means nothing. Things change, time changes. Sounds like time for me to visit a new service department where the dealership appreciates my long term business. Will not be returning there again.
I had an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE with Biggers!! Bryan was very Extremely helpful with my car buying experience, and Jim was also very helpful. Everyone that I came into contact with was great. Darren was also very personable and helpful whenever I called in to the dealership. I just have to definitely.. Again… recognize Bryan though because he helped me with any issues and /doubts I may have had. Made sure that I was happy and comfortable with everything… My experience was Straight to the point. Was not in the dealership for hours. I loved that as well!!
