Absolutely terrible experience. We were told this dealership had a rental available, only to find out that wasn’t actually the case. We were also given one estimate of how long everything would take, only to have that time repeatedly change.
The worst part was how they handled the situation with our infant. After being told we’d be there for much longer than expected, we simply asked for the car keys so our baby could sit safely and comfortably in the car while we finished paying. They refused to give us the keys.

I was a little disappointed that the noise my car was making was not noticed during this service period.
I have brought my Outlander in a few times for the same issue with the navigation system and it still remains not fixed. It seams now one there understands the problem. The last time I brought it in the manager said he would be there to talk to me and he already left.

I was looking for a specific car to tow behind my motorhome. The supply is limited General Motors no longer makes this model. Amazingly Bigger motors had two. I was about 100 miles away so I called to check and the car was still available. I want out of my way to go 35 minutes to your dealer and was treated very poorly. I needed some things checked and they said nothing was wrong but told me to do the preventative maintenance which would cost $1,000 so if nothing was wrong why would I need to do the preventative maintenance for $1,000 what a joke.

I arrived and within 5 to 10 minutes my car was being worked on. The service manager explained what they did and explained what service should be done. Which service was important and which one could wait . Never placed any pressure on me that it had to be done immediately but it should be done. Took his advice and had it done. I appreciated that he was not forceful I've always have had good experience here.
