I have always received outstanding service from Biggers
I have always received outstanding service from Biggers Mitsubishi. I first walked into their showroom in 1999. I wanted to test drive one specific model. They made a copy of my driver's license, pulled the car I wanted to test drive around to the front, and gave me the keys. That was it!, They did not get in with me, which is what I had always been used too. After what I had been through at other dealerships with test drives, I said to myself, even if I don't get this car, I will get something from this dealership. I have only dealt with this dealership since then. Plus I get a birthday card from them (Jim Casey) yearly!

I arrived and within 5 to 10 minutes my car was being
I arrived and within 5 to 10 minutes my car was being worked on. The service manager explained what they did and explained what service should be done. Which service was important and which one could wait . Never placed any pressure on me that it had to be done immediately but it should be done. Took his advice and had it done. I appreciated that he was not forceful I've always have had good experience here.

Not happy with Jose Perez. He checked everything ok without actually doing the job. The oil was never changed. It appears to have a brownish color. The windshield has 2 chips, he marked ok. I cannot trust to take my car to him for anything.

While searching for a car I happened upon the Biggers Mitsubishi franchise. They ha the used Jeep I was looking for and when I called them I encountered Tyler. I’ve never had a more helpful and knowledgeable sales person. During my test drive he knew the vehicle inside and out. He pointed out options and technology to me and how I could use it. I will definitely consider buying from them again.

I had an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE with Biggers!! Bryan was very Extremely helpful with my car buying experience, and Jim was also very helpful. Everyone that I came into contact with was great. Darren was also very personable and helpful whenever I called in to the dealership. I just have to definitely.. Again… recognize Bryan though because he helped me with any issues and /doubts I may have had. Made sure that I was happy and comfortable with everything… My experience was Straight to the point. Was not in the dealership for hours. I loved that as well!!

Sold a car as excellent condition with collision marks, bald tires, 35% oil life, and the ac stopped working two days later. Along with temp gauge not working, engine fan blowing non stop, and warning messages came on the screen. Dealership refused to work to remedy the situation.

I appreciate the service you give my cat and keeping my grankids and I safe. 3 weeks ago I got an oil change and you forgot to put sticker mileage when next oil change is due. Went back a week later to get a recall on my breaks. My appointment was for 10am and I arrived @ 9:45am.. I was told it takes an hour but breaks were completed @ 12pm. So my plans for the day were interrupted. Otherwise EXCELLENT!!!
